摘要
为心叶紫金牛药材建立紫外-可见光谱分析方法。以水、无水乙醇、乙酸乙酯和石油醚(60~90℃)作为提取溶剂,用回流提取、超声提取、浸渍提取三种方法进行提取,对提取液进行紫外-可见光谱法分析。结果表明四种溶剂提取液的紫外可见光谱均有特征,无水乙醇提取效果最佳,三种提取方法中回流提取优于超声提取优于浸渍提取。本研究可为瑶药心叶紫金牛鉴别和成分分析提供辅助依据。
UV-Vis spectroscopic method for Ardisia maclurei was established.Ardisia maclurei was identified by ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy with water,ethanol absolute,ethyl acetate and petroleum ether(60~90℃)as solvents by reflux extraction,ultrasonic extraction and impregnation were carried out respectively.The results showed that the ultraviolet-visible spectra of four kinds of solvent extracts all had characteristics,and absolute ethanol had the best extraction effect.The reflux extraction was better than the ultrasonic extraction and the impregnation extraction.This research can provide an assistant basis for the identification and composition analysis of Ardisia maclurei.
