化学实验室技术队伍建设是高等学校理工科专业师资队伍建设的重要组成部分,其建设的好环直接关系到高校化学学科人才培养质量、办学层次、科学研究、服务地方经济社会水平等。要推动高校全面发展,创新是根本,人才是关键。本文基于“以人为本,协同创新”的理念,讨论了高校化学实验室技术队伍建设目前面临的问题及在这一理念指导下如何加强建设的探索和思考。

Construction of chemistry laboratory technical team is an important part in the construction of science and engineering professional teaching staffs in colleges and universities,which is directly related to talent training quality,education level,scientific research and serving local economic and social level in chemistry discipline,etc.To promote the comprehensive development of colleges and universities,innovation is the fundamental,and talent is the key.Based on the concept of“people-oriented,collaborative innovation”,the facing problems of the construction of chemistry laboratory technical team,and the exploration and thoughts on how to strengthen the construction guided by the concept were discussed.
