在目前国内高校网络信息化已经普及的前提下,为提高高校的整体教育水平与推进教育改革,应大力开展“智慧校园”工程,利用技术手段促进产学研、后勤生活等各方面的综合业务水平的提升。首先要认清我国目前高校普遍存在的信息化应用现状,即在技术、人才、体制等方面存在的不足,根据存在的问题,对现有的信息技术做出有效合理的改进与更新,运用最新技术包括4网+ABC,统一利用好开源平台,构建极速传输、云端超融合、智能分析管理等系统助力高校办学改革思路的落实,并帮助院校提升管理水平、支持产学研建设、便捷校园生活,加强安全等。

On the premise of spread of IT education in our campuses,it is evitable to implement"Intelligent Campus"project to promote totally teaching level and propel effectively educational reform by the means of synthetically technological methods in teaching,re⁃search,logistics,lives,.etc.However,our campuses popularly suffered all kinds of deficiencies in technologies,talents,institutions.In light of this status quo,it is supported to actively construct high-speed intranet,cloud-based hyper convergent infrastructure,as well as synthesis analysis to bring out nationally developing polices,taking advantage of opening code platform,4 Nets+ABC technologies,so as to assist campuses to hoist capacities of administration,teaching,sciences,security and so on.
