摘要
针对6110A铝合金圆铸锭生产时出现光亮晶粒缺陷时的理化性能进行研究,通过对比分析制品力学性能、金相组织及断口形貌等,为铸造铝合金圆铸锭检验、工艺试验提供技术支持与指导。试验结果表明,有光亮晶粒的合金硬度低,一定程度上降低了力学性能,在生产过程中应予以控制;宏观组织色泽光亮,对光线无选择性,放大后呈树枝状;断口组织存在亮色絮状物,絮状物的面积比疏松断口絮状物大;显微组织中枝晶间距比基体间距大几倍,第二相体积分数小,贫乏固溶体,显微硬度低。
In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of 6110A aluminum alloy round cast ingot are studied when bright grain defects appeared in the production,and the mechanical properties,metallographic structure and fracture morphology of the products are compared and analyzed to provide technical support and guidance for the round ingots test and process test of cast aluminum alloy.The results show that the hardness of the alloy with bright grain is low and the mechanical properties are decreased to some extent,the macrostructure is bright in color and has no selectivity to light.There are bright colored flocculents in fracture tissues,and the area of flocculents is larger than that of loose fracture tissues.The dendrite spacing in the microstructure is several times larger than the matrix spacing,the volume fraction of the second phase is small,the solid solution is poor,and the micro hardness is low.
