摘要
文章以外径Φ56mm、壁厚3mm的圆管为例,通过控制变量方式,基于有限元法对比模拟了多组挤压力影响参数,为实际铝挤压生产中挤压力的优化提供一定的理论依据。
In this paper,a circular tube with an outer diameter of 56mm and a wall thickness of 3mm is taken as an example.Based on the control variable method and finite element method,several groups of extrusion pressure influence parameters are compared and simulated,which provides a certain theoretical basis for the optimization of extrusion pressure in actual aluminum extrusion production.
