校企合作视角下应用型人才培养质量提升的有效路径——以常州汽车配件铸造业人才培养为例

Research on the Effective Way to Improve the Quality of Applied Talents Training from the Perspective of School Enterprise Cooperation——Take Changzhou Auto Parts Casting Industry as an Example

通过实地考察和问卷调查,分析常州汽车配件铸造业发展存在的问题,提出了汽车配件铸造业对人才的需求,从高校和企业互联互通的角度对人才的培养行进探究,为企业制定科学的人才需求规划和高校合理修缮人才培养方案提供参考建议。

Through field visits and questionnaire survey,this paper describes the current situation and analyzes the existing problems in auto parts casting industry of ChangZhou.Standing in the perspective of colleges and enterprise,this paper also puts forward the demand for talent in auto parts casting industry,and exploring how to make the talent training scheme of universities.Besides,this paper provide reference suggestions for enterprises to make scientific talent demand planning and universities to reasonably improve talent training programs.
