链上教育:中职皮革专业群产教融合实践之路

Education in the Chain:The Practice of Production and Teaching Integration of Leather Specialty Group in Secondary Vocational School

中等职业教育的本质属性是为地方经济服务,产业经济飞速发展,产业链的逐步形成,势必要求学校专业建设随着产业发展做出相应调整。在调研海宁皮革产业链基础上,从“链上专业、链上课程、链上融合、链上服务、链上德育”五个着力点入手,开展皮革专业群产教融合实践。整合学校原有六大专业,组建皮革专业群,制定“O2O”人才培养模式,构建“公共课程+专业课程+特色选修”课程体系,融合校企资源,开展企业服务,实施链上德育,从而实现培养符合皮革产业需求复合型人才的目标。

The essential attribute of secondary vocational education is to serve the local economy.With the rapid development of industrial economy and the gradual formation of industrial chain,the construction of school specialty is bound to be adjusted with the development of industry.On the basis of the investigation of Haining leather industry chain,the practice about production and teaching integration of leather specialty group was carried out from the following five focuses"specialty in chain,curriculum in chain,integration in chain,service in chain and moral education in chain".Haining Vocational High School integrate the original six majors,sets up leather specialty group,formulates O2O talent cultivation mode,builds a curriculum system of"public courses+professional courses+featured elective courses",integrates school-enterprise resources,carries out enterprise services,implements moral education,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating comprehensive talents in line with the talent needs of the leather industry.
