摘要
学生工作诊断与改进是高等职业院校内部质量保证体系的重要组成部分。首先,学校需要按照PDCA管理循环,建立反映自身特点的学生工作“8字螺旋”。其次,学校需要以层次性、系统性、操作性为原则制定“目标链”,在“标准链”打造过程中结合“制度建设”、体现“以人为本”。最后,学校应围绕大数据、工作应用系统、诊断与改进平台,面向四类用户推进学生工作信息化。
Diagnosis and improvement of student work is an important part of internal quality assurance system inHigher Vocational Colleges. First of all, schools need to establish a "8-shaped spiral" of student work that reflectstheir own characteristics in accordance with the PDCA. Secondly, colleges need to formulate "target chain"based on the principles of hierarchy, systematicness and operability, and combine "system construction" with"people-oriented" in the process of building "standard chain". Finally, colleges should focus on big data, workapplication system, diagnosis and improvement platform, and promote student work informatization for four typesof users.
