The on-load tap-changer is an important component of large power transformers,and its performance quality directly affects the operation of the transformer.A 110 kV transformer accident caused by the fault of on-load tap-changer is analyzed,the causes of the accident are also analyzed through the test,transformer hoist,switch disassembly etc.,and the corresponding preventive measures are proposed.
