摘要 主要针对船舶碳钢管加工智能车间进行研究,简要概述管子加工智能车间的概念、总体架构及数据流通机制。应用中间产品分类成组、中间产品流程重组技术,对管子加工智能车间总体布局进行设计。重点介绍管子智能加工生产线和生产线管控系统。展示管子加工智能车间的特点及优势,为提高船舶及海洋工程管子加工效率及质量提供有效支撑。 The intelligent workshop for ship carbon steel pipe processing is mainly studied,and the concept,overall structure and data circulation mechanism of the intelligent workshop for pipe processing are briefly outlined.Applied the technology of classifying intermediate products into groups and reorganizing intermediate product processes,the overall layout of the pipe intelligent workshop is designed.The pipe intelligent processing line and its management and control system are introduced.The characteristics and advantages of the intelligent pipe processing workshop are showed,and effective support for improving the efficiency and quality of pipe processing for ships and marine engineering is provided.
