中国艺术品拍卖“赝品泛滥”的原因及对策分析

赝品的泛滥已成为中国艺术界拍卖领域的严重问题,影响了我国艺术品拍卖市场的正常发展。如何减少拍卖中赝品的出现,抵制艺术品赝品拍卖已势在必行了。本文通过分析赝品的形成机理以及导致赝品泛滥的原因,借鉴国外拍卖市场的法律法规,结合我国的国情和艺术市场的实际情况,从完善相关法律法规制度、完善艺术品相关鉴定体系、规范拍卖行的有关规定、完善有关监管体系四个方面,对减少我国艺术品拍卖赝品泛滥的现象给出了几点对策,促使中国艺术品拍卖市场健康有序地发展。

The proliferation of fake art has become the most prominent problem in Chinese art auction, which seriously hinders the healthy and orderly development of Chinese art auction market.How to reduce the appearance of fake art in auction, it is imperative to resist fake art auction.In this paper, by analyzing the formation mechanism of fakes and the cause of a fake flood, draw lessons from foreign auction market laws and regulations, combined with China’s national conditions and the actual situation of the art market, perfect the relevant laws and regulations system, improve the art related appraisal system, standardization of the relevant provisions of the auction house, perfecting the supervision system four aspects, to reduce the phenomenon of Chinese art sale fake flood gives several countermeasures, to promote healthy and orderly development of Chinese art auction market.
