“刚弹结合”思维指导下的城市规划策略探索——以重庆市万州区渝东示范区规划为例

Research on Urban Planning Strategy Under the Guidance of "Combination of Rigidity and Elasticity"——A Case Study of the Planning of Yudong Demonstration Area in Wanzhou District of Chongqing City

我国正处于经济转型与城镇化建设的关键时期,城市面临着越来越多的不确定性因素。为应对城市建设及规划中的风险和挑战,运用"刚弹结合"的思维研究城市在空间布局与规划管控中应对可能出现外力因素的方法,探索"刚性"与"弹性"之间的耦合关系,梳理在规划编制与实施过程中所运用的策略,并在渝东示范区规划中进行尝试,以期"刚弹结合"的思维指导城市建设与规划中为应对不确性因素提供借鉴。

China is in a critical period of economic transformation and urbanization construction,and cities are facing more and more uncertain factors.In order to deal with the risks and challenges in urban planning and construction,the paper studies the methods of dealing with the possible external forces in urban spatial layout and planning control based on application of"combination of rigidity and elasticity",explores the coupling relationship between"rigidity"and"elasticity",reviews the strategies used in the process of planning formulation and implementation.In order to provide reference for dealing with uncertain factors in urban planning and construction under the guidance of"combination of rigidity and elasticity",there is being attempted in the planning of Yudong demonstration area.
