热成形工艺对奥氏体不锈钢晶间腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 超低碳奥氏体不锈钢板与低碳钢板经爆炸成形工艺结合为复合板,在热成形后复合板由于受到基层低碳钢的限制无法进行固溶,且此种情况下,由于低碳钢焊接后需要在敏化温度内进行热处理,对超低碳奥氏体不锈钢在制造后的抗晶间腐蚀性能提出了严峻的考验。通过理论分析和试验,突破常规理论提出了正火前在敏化温度下加热保温的工艺方法,在保证基体低碳钢性能的同时,解决了超低碳奥氏体不锈钢在敏化温度下长时间加热后的抗耐晶间腐蚀能力降低的问题,具有现实意义与研究价值。 The composite sheet is formed by combining ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel sheet and low carbon steel sheet through explosive forming process.After the hot forming process,the composite sheet cannot be solid-soluble due to the characteristic of low carbon steel.In this case,because of the heat treatment under the sensitizing temperature after welding of low carbon steel,there is a serious problem about the intergranular corrosion resistance of ultra-low carbon austenitic stainless steel after manufacturing.In this paper,through theoretical analysis and experiments,the heat treatment process which contains heating and holding under the sensitizing temperature before normalizing is put forward.While ensuring the properties of low-carbon steel matrix,the problem of reducing the intergranular corrosion resistance of ultra-low-carbon austenitic stainless steel after long-time heating at sensitizing temperature have been solved,which has practical significance and research value.
