Austen shows much concern to agriculture and the rural economy in the process of novel creation.The narration of rural economy can be found everywhere in her novels.Based on the narration of rural economy and with the new farmer as the descriptive target,Austen expresses her attitude towards the development of rural economy and the farmer’s image.She also ponders over the ethnic theme of the rural economy which is in tremendous changes and stepping into modern system,thus presenting her own unique view towards the modern agriculture and the development of rural regions.
