水冷低氮型燃气采暖热水炉燃烧器理论与实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 进入21世纪以来,人们越发的重视环境问题,民用燃气具燃烧所产生的大量氮氧化物成为了关注的焦点,于是越来越多的低氮燃烧器普及于家用燃气快速热水器中。主要对燃气采暖热水炉中的水冷低氮型燃烧器进行研究,采用了理论计算与实验研究相结合的方式,计算了水冷低氮型燃烧器的引射器参数,研究了其运行性能,得出了详细的低氮氧化物排放原理,有望对水冷低氮型燃烧器的进一步优化研究提供参考。 Since the 21 st century,people have paid more attention to environmental issues.The large amount of nitrogen oxides produced by the combustion of domestic gas appliances has become the focus of attention.Therefore,more and more low-nitrogen burners are popularized in domestic gas instantaneous water heaters.In this paper,the research on water-cooled low-NOxburners in gas-fired heating and hot water combiboilers is carried out.The combination of theoretical calculation and experimental research is used to study the ejector structure and combustion parameters of water-cooled low-NOxburners.The detailed burner low nitrogen emission principle is obtained,which is expected to provide reference for further optimization of water-cooled low-NOxburners.
