摘要
通过水模拟实验研究不同试验方案下的熔池混匀时间,分析喷枪角度、喷枪枪位、喷枪流量对出钢过程中钢包熔池搅拌效果,确定最佳的喷吹工艺参数,为现场生产提供理论指导。
Through the water simulation experiment,the mixing time of the bath under different test schemes was studied,and the angle of the nozzle gun,the position of the nozzle gun and the flow rate of the nozzle gun were analyzed to evaluate the mixing effect of the ladle bath during the tapping process,and the optimum injection process parameters were determined.It also provides theoretical guidance for on-site production.
