健脾消积汤辅助化疗对乳腺癌术后患者的临床效果观察

Clinical effect of Jianpi xiaoji decoction combined with chemotherapy on postoperative patients with breast cancer

目的探讨健脾消积汤治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者的临床效果。方法依照简单随机法将70例乳腺癌患者分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。所有患者均接受乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,对照组患者术后予以多西紫杉醇联合表柔比星进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合健脾消积汤进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的肿瘤标志物水平、免疫功能、血常规、生活质量和药物不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组患者的肿瘤标志物水平均较本组治疗前下降,且观察组患者的肿瘤标志物水平低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。治疗后,对照组患者的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+明显低于观察组,CD8+水平明显高于观察组(P﹤0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者的血小板(PLT)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均明显高于对照组(P﹤0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者的生存质量改善情况优于对照组,但胃肠道反应、PLT减少、WBC减少、Hb减少、肾功能不全、肝功能不全的发生率均低于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论健脾消积汤对乳腺癌患者的免疫功能具有一定的保护功能,可改善患者的生活质量,减轻化疗所致的不良反应。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Jianpi xiaoji decoction on postoperative chemotherapy of patients with breast cancer.Method 70 patients with breast cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to simple random method,35 cases in each group.All patients were treated with modified radical mastectomy.Patients in the control group were treated with docetaxel combined with epirubicin after operation.Patients in the observation group were treated with Jianpi xiaoji decoction on the basis of the control group.The tumor markers level,immune function,blood routine,quality of life and adverse drug reactions of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment,the levels of tumor markers in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the levels of tumor markers in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4+and CD4+/CD8+level in the control group were significantly lower than those in the observation group,and CD8+level was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.01).After treatment,the blood platelet(PLT),white blood cell(WBC),hemoglobin(Hb)of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the improvement of quality of life in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the incidence rate of gastrointestinal reaction,PLT reduction,WBC reduction,Hb reduction,renal dysfunction and liver dysfunction in the observation group were all lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jianpi xiaoji decoction can protect the immune function of the body,improve the quality of life,and reduce the side effects caused by chemotherapy.
