胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响因素分析

Analysis of influencing factors on gastrointestinal function recovery in postoperative patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复的影响因素。方法收集136例接受手术的胃癌患者的病历资料,统计患者的术后肛门排气时间及临床特征,采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析筛选胃癌患者术后肛门排气时间的影响因素。结果单因素分析结果显示,胃癌患者术后肛门排气时间与年龄、手术方式、手术时间、术中出血量及术后下床活动时间可能有关(P﹤0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、手术方式、手术时间及术后下床活动时间均是胃癌患者术后肛门排气时间的独立影响因素(P﹤0.05)。结论年龄、手术方式、手术时间及术后下床活动时间均是胃癌患者术后胃肠功能恢复的独立影响因素。对年龄较大的患者进行积极干预,根据患者病情尽量选择腹腔镜手术,缩短手术时间及术后尽早下床活动可以促进患者术后胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To analyze the factors influencing gastrointestinal function recovery in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Method Medical data of 136 gastric cancer patients underwent surgery was collected,the anus exhaust time and clinical features were analyzed.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were performed to identify the factors influencing anus exhaust time of postoperative gastric cancer patients.Results Univariate analysis indicated that the postoperative anus exhaust time of gastric cancer patients might be related to age,surgical procedure,operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative ambulation time(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age,surgical procedure,operation time and postoperative ambulation time were independent influencing factors of postoperative anal exhaust time(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,surgical procedure,operation time and postoperative ambulation time are independent influencing factors of gastrointestinal function recovery in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Active intervention in older patients with timely laparoscopic surgery based on patient’s condition to decrease the operation time and achieve early postoperative ambulation can promote the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function.
