摘要
除霜方法可分为主动除霜和被动除霜,本文从三个不同角度来研究被动除霜的特点,综述了常见的主动除霜方法的原理、优缺点及适用场合,从节约能耗、库温波动、加热均匀、系统复杂性,重点分析了热气融霜与液体冷媒融霜,针对不常见的融霜方法,研究了超声波除霜、气动除霜,及外加电磁场除霜等的原理与国内外相关技术。
The defrosting method can be divided into active defrosting and passive defrosting. The characteristics of passive defrosting were studied from three different angles. The principle, advantages and disadvantages and applicable occasions of common active defrosting method were reviewed. The temperature fluctuation of the reservoir, the uniform heating and the complexity of the system were analyzed. The hot air defrosting and liquid refrigerant defrosting were especially analysed. For the uncommon defrosting method, the principles of ultrasonic defrosting, pneumatic defrosting and external electromagnetic field defrosting were studied.
