摘要 为了解决钢丝绳应用中缠绕松散易乱的难题,设计了一种新型无需提供额外动力的钢丝绳张紧装置。采用了单向离合器和扭矩保持器,通过对摩擦力的控制,保证装置既能有效拉紧钢丝绳,又能避免对钢丝绳的磨损。详细介绍了装置的基本结构、工作原理和相关参数计算,并在ADAMS软件中对装置运动情况进行了虚拟样机仿真分析,为解决钢丝绳磨损问题提供了一种新的方法和思路。 A new type of wire rope tensioning device without additional power was designed to solve the problem of loose and disorderly winding in the application of wire rope. Unidirectional clutch and torque retainer were adpoted to ensure that the device can effectively tighten the wire rope and avoid the wear of the wire rope by controlling the friction force. The basic structure,working principle and relevant parameter calculation of the device were introduced in detail. And the virtual prototype simulation anasysis of the device movement was carried out in ADAMS software,which provides a new method and idea to solve the problem of wire rope wear.
