摘要
对大惯量负载极限工况下液黏离合器的保护机制进行研究,并提出一种新的摩擦片保护策略。该策略根据电机电流信号和输出轴的转速信号调整摩擦片的控制压力,防止离合器因长期处于极限机械摩擦状态而产生的不必要磨损,延长其摩擦片工作寿命。
The protection mechanism of the hydro-viscous clutch under the limit load condition with large inertia was studied, and a new protection strategy of the friction plates was proposed. This strategy adjusts the control pressure of the friction plate according to the motor current signal and the output shaft speed signal, to prevent unnecessary wear of the clutch due to the long-term limit of mechanical friction state, and to extend the working life of the friction plate.
