摘要
以长距离水平运载的带式输送机为研究对象,针对头部双滚筒驱动及头尾双滚筒驱动2种驱动方式,建立了基于RecurDyn的多体动力学模型,研究了不同双驱动位置对带式输送机起动阶段输送带张力的影响,结果表明,头尾双滚筒驱动在起动阶段对输送带张力的影响要小于头部双滚筒驱动。该研究为带式输送机双滚筒驱动的设计以及输送带的选取提供了参考和依据。
Taking the long distance belt conveyer with horizontal carry as the research object, in view of two drive modes of the head and tail double drum drive and head double drum drive,estadlished the model of multibody dynamics based on RecurDyn, studied the different position of double drive of belt conveyor during start-up stage which influence conveyor belt tension. The results show that the influence of head and tail double drum drive during the start-up stage on conveyor belt tension is smaller than the head double drum drive. For the design of double drum drive for belt conveyor and belt choice,it provides the reference and basis.
