千米深井提升机盘式制动器闸瓦可靠性分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对千米深井提升机紧急制动工况,对盘式制动器闸瓦可靠性进行了研究。首先,结合热传导理论建立了制动盘-闸瓦摩擦副有限元模型,仿真得到闸瓦所受应力,并分析了不同制动初速度对摩擦副温度以及热应力的影响;其次,采用拉丁超立方抽样方法进行了试验设计并得到随机试验数据;然后,利用Kriging模型建立了随机变量与闸瓦应力之间的函数关系;最后,结合鞍点逼近方法进行了可靠性评估,得到闸瓦的失效概率。 Aiming at the emergency braking condition of the hoist of the kilometer deep well,the reliability of the disc brake was studied. Firstly,the finite element model of disc-brake friction pair was established based on heat conduction theory. The stress of brake shoe was simulated, and the influence of different initial braking speed on temperature and thermal stress of brake shoe was analyzed. Secondly,the design of experiment was established by using Latin hypercube sampling method and obtained random experiment data. Then,the functional relationship between random variables and brake shoe stress was established by using the Kriging model. Finally,the reliability of the brake shoe was evaluated by the saddle point approximation method,and the failure probability of the brake shoe was obtained.
