摘要
工序规划是连接产品设计与制造的桥梁。目前,对加工特征的工序规划还是依靠人工操作,效率低。提出基于二轴半加工工艺的工序规划方案,该方案根据二轴半加工工艺创建工艺数据库,对识别过的加工特征结合实际加工要求进行加工工序的规划,与识别工艺研究相结合可以实现系统集成。该方案可加快设计周期,减少人工成本,提高生产效率。
Process planning is a bridge connecting product design and manufacturing. At present, the process planning of processing characteristics still relies on manual operation,with low efficiency. The scheme of process planning based on prismatic machining process was proposed. Created the process database according to the prismatic machining process,and planed the processing process by combining the identified processing characteristics with the actual processing requirements. The system integration can be realized by combining with the identification process research. The scheme speeds up the design cycle,reduces labor costs and improves production efficiency.
