摘要
针对煤矿井下坑道钻机用回转驱动存在结构性间隙而造成的钻进施工晃动问题,设计了一种液力制动锁紧装置,利用回转驱动现有空间与其装配固定,通过钻机液压系统为其供油,将液力转换为制动扭矩,消除了回转驱动间隙,提高了钻机施工稳定性及安全性。
In view of the problem of drilling construction shaking caused by the structural clearance in the rotary drive of the underground tunnel drilling rig,a hydraulic brake lock device was designed,Using existing space and its assembly fixed rotation drive,through the hydraulic system of drilling rig for its oil supply, converts hydraulic braking torque, eliminates the rotation drive clearance and improve the construction stability and safety of drilling rig.
