摘要
神东矿区采用"两部搭接"或"加中间驱动"传统方式实现6 000 m顺槽煤炭超长距离运输,在矿务工程、安装与回撤、维护等方面存在劳动强度大、成本高的问题。为此研发了6 000 m超长运距、低阻节能、智能变频、机头集中驱动矿用顺槽带式输送机,主要从轻型低阻力长寿命托辊、合理带速和合适带面选择、负载感知自适应电磁张紧系统、标准架轻型化设计、防跑偏鼓形滚筒等方面开展技术创新。首台样机在上湾煤矿12302综采工作面运输顺槽进行工业性试验,运行结果表明:空载运行、带载运行、降阻节能、停机张力控制、安装运行维护等效果良好,简化了顺槽运输系统,保障了生产连续性,满足了3 000~6 000 m工作面安全高效开采的需求。
In Shendong coal mining area,lapping of two belt conveyor or one belt conveyor with intermediate drive is adopted to realize the 6 000 meters long distance transportation of coal. However,the labor intensity and cost in mining engineering,installation,withdrawal and maintenance are very high. Hence,a head-driven 6 000 meters long low resistance intelligent frequency conversion belt conveyor in crossheading of coal mine was developed. Studies were conducted on lightweight,low resistance and long service life support roller,selection of reasonable belt speed and suitable belt surface,load sensing and adaptive electromagnetic tension system, lightweight design of standard frame,and anti-running driving and transmission roller. Industrial tests were carried on in 12302 fully mechanized mining face in Shangwan coal mine. The results of no-load operation, on-load operation,drag reduction,energy saving,shutdown tension control,installation, operation and maintenance are good. The transportation system in crossheading is simplified,the continuity of coal mine production is guaranteed and the demand of safe and efficient mining in 3 000-6 000 meters coal mining face is met.
