针药协同治疗对脑梗死后抑郁患者神经功能康复的影响

Effects of acupuncture combined with medication on neurological functional rehabilitation of patients with depression after cerebral infarction

目的评价针药协同治疗对脑梗死后并发抑郁患者神经功能康复的影响。方法选取100例脑梗死后并发抑郁患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组50例。两组均采用脑梗死常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予头穴丛刺及口服路优泰。于28 d后观察治疗前后神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、日常生活活动量表评分(ADL)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)变化。结果治疗后28 d治疗组患者的NIHSS、HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论针药协同治疗可促进脑梗死后并发抑郁患者神经功能的恢复。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined acupuncture medication treatment on neurofunctional rehabilitation of patients with depression after the death of cerebral infarction. Methods One-hundred patients with depression after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with ractine treatment of cerebral infarction, and the treatment group was treated with cluster needling of scalp point and oral neurostan on the basis of the conventional treatment. After 28 days, changes in neurologic function defect score(NIHSS), daily life activity scale score(ADL), and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) were observed. Results The score of NIHSS and HAMD in the treatment group of 28 d was significantly lower than that of the control group, while the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The combined treatment of acupuncture medication can promote the recovery of neurofunction in patients with depression after the death of cerebral infarction.
