摘要
目的观察脉复生加减方对血栓闭塞性脉管炎(TAO)模型大鼠血管内皮炎症的作用。方法通过注射月桂酸钠建立TAO大鼠模型,按照传统中医药临床辩证用药理论,采用撤药分析法将脉复生拆方为不同组方,观察各组对模型大鼠内皮炎症、血液流变学的影响。结果脉复生全方及各拆方组均能明显降低TAO大鼠炎症反应(P<0.01),降低效果从大到小依次为去活血祛瘀药组、全方组、去祛风除湿药组、去清热利湿药组;脉复生全方及各拆方组对TAO大鼠全血黏度影响不大(P>0.05)。结论脉复生治疗TAO组方合理,治疗早期用药可辩证加减处方。牛大力、白花蛇舌草等清热利湿药在方中起君药作用。
OBJECTIVE To compare the treatment effects of Maifusheng and its modified components on the inflammation of vascular endothelium in rats with thromboangiitis obliterans(TAO). METHODS TAO rat model was established by injection of sodium laurate. According to the traditional Chinese medicine clinical dialectical drug use theory, the withdrawal analysis method will be left Maifusheng for different groups of prescription, observe the effect of each group on endothelial inflammation indicators, hemorheology in model rats. RESULTS The whole formula and the split-side groups of Maifusheng could reduce endothelial inflammation(P<0.01), the effect from most to least in turn was Maifusheng without blood-activating and stasis-disp, whole formula of Maifusheng, Maifusheng without Qufeng desiccant, Maifusheng without heat-clearing and diuresis-promoting drug. The whole blood viscosity of the model rats was little affected by the whole formula and the split-side groups of Maifusheng(P>0.05). CONCLUSION The prescription of Maifusheng in the treatment of TAO is reasonable and can be dialectically added or subtracted in the early stage of treatment. Beautiful Millettia Root and Oldenlandia diffusa were the key compositions.
