蛹虫草中虫草素抗癌研究进展

Research Progress on Anti-cancer Activity of Cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris

虫草素是第一个从蛹虫草中分离出的核苷类抗生素,同时发现其具有显著的防癌、抗癌活性。虫草素还能用于控制癌症的生长、转移,对癌症患者术后或放化疗后进行辅助治疗。虫草素作为一种天然的抑制肿瘤靶向药物,在癌症治疗过程中发挥越来越重要的作用。本文对虫草素在抗癌方面的研究进展进行简单的概述,并对虫草素的进一步研究方向进行展望。

Cordycepin is the first nucleoside antibiotic isolated from Cordyceps militaris and it has significant anti-cancer activity. Cordycepin can also be used to control the growth and metastasis of cancer,and to assist cancer patients after surgery or chemotherapy. Cordycepin plays an increasingly important role in cancer treatment as a natural anticancer drug. In this study,the progress of anti-cancer effects of cordycepin is highlighted and the future study of cordycepin is prospected.
