人工流产术后即刻服用短效口服避孕药与单纯雌激素治疗对子宫内膜的影响

The effect of immediate using short acting oral contraceptives and simple estrogen on endometrium after induced abortion

目的:探讨人工流产术后即刻服用短效口服避孕药与单纯雌激素治疗对子宫内膜的影响。方法:2015年7月-2018年3月收治行无痛人工流产手术患者94例,随机分为两组各47例。对照组术后给予补佳乐;观察组术后给予优思明。比较两组各项指标水平。结果:对照组术后出血量、月经复潮时间、阴道持续出血时间均多于观察组,对照组子宫内膜厚度小于观察组,观察组月经不适评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率与不良反应发生率均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人工流产术后使用优思明,可以改善术后恢复情况,增加子宫内膜厚度,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To explore the effect of immediate using short acting oral contraceptives and simple estrogen on endometrium after induced abortion.Methods:From July 2015 to March 2018,94 patients with painless induced abortion were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 47 cases in each.After operation,the control group was given Bujiale and the observation group was given Yousiming.We compared the indicators of the two groups.Results:In the control group,the amount of bleeding,menstruation time and vaginal bleeding time were more than those in the observation group,and the endometrial thickness was less than that in the observation group,the score of menstrual discomfort in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the incidence of complications and adverse reactions were higher than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Yousiming after induced abortion can improve the postoperative recovery,increase the thickness of endometrium and improve the treatment effect.
