持续扩张法运用于儿童包茎治疗的临床观察

Clinical observation on the application of continuous expansion method in the treatment of phimosis in children

目的:观察持续扩张法运用于儿童包茎治疗的临床效果及患儿疼痛程度。方法:采用一次性包茎扩张矫形器持续扩张儿童包茎90例,观察儿童在治疗过程中疼痛程度、持续扩张后及3个月后包皮口松弛程度及包皮上翻程度。结果:随访3个月,显效62例(77.5%),有效12例(15.0%),无效6例(7.5%)。结论:采用一次性包茎扩张矫形器持续扩张儿童包茎疼痛程度较轻,疗效较好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and the degree of pain of continuous expansion method in the treatment of phimosis in children.Methods:The disposable phimosis expansion appliance was used in 90 children with phimosis,we observed the degree of pain during treatment,the degree of flabby prepuce and the degree of upturned prepuce after continuous expansion and 3 months.Results:After 3 months of follow-up,62 cases(77.5%)were markedly effective,12 cases(15.0%)were effective and 6 cases(7.5%)were ineffective.Conclusion:The pain degree of using one-time phimosis expansion orthosis to expand the phimosis of children is lighter,and the curative effect is better.
