经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折的临床体会

Clinical experience of percutaneous kyphoplasty in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture

目的:对比两种治疗方法治疗骨质疏松性脊柱骨折疼痛的临床效果。方法:2016年8月-2018年4月收治骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者90例,随机分为两组各45例。观察组经皮椎体后凸成形术结合降钙素、抗骨质疏松治疗;对照组采用腰部支具外固定结合降钙素、抗骨质疏松治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用经皮椎体后凸成形术治疗效果优于腰部支具外固定术治疗。

Objective:To compare the clinical effect of the two methods in the treatment of osteoporotic spinal fracture pain.Methods:From August 2016 to April 2018,90 patients with osteoporotic spinal fractures were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases in each.The observation group was treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with calcitonin and anti osteoporosis,while the control group was treated with external fixation of lumbar brace combined with calcitonin and anti osteoporosis.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of percutaneous kyphoplasty was better than that of external fixation of lumbar brace.
