超早期缝合技术在腹部切口感染中的应用效果

Application effect of ultra-early suture technique in abdominal incision infection

目的:探究超早期缝合技术在腹部切口感染中的应用效果。方法:收治腹部切口感染患者120例,按治疗方法分为两组。传统组进行常规治疗;试验组进行超早期缝合治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗后第3、5、7天炎症因子水平低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组伤口愈合情况优于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用超早期缝合技术,可缩短住院时间1~2周以上,并有效降低炎症因子水平。

Objective:To explore the application effect of ultra-early suture technique in abdominal incision infection.Methods:120 patients with abdominal incision infection were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to the treatment method.The conventional treatment was performed in the traditional group,and ultra-early suture was performed in the experimental group.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The levels of inflammatory factors in the experimental group were lower than those in the traditional group on the 3rd,5th and 7th day after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the wound healing in the experimental group was better than that in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultra-early suture technique can shorten wound healing time and effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors.
