阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效对比分析

Comparative analysis of the clinical effect of aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia

目的:探讨阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效差异。方法:2016年4月-2019年8月收治精神分裂症患者130例,随机分为两组各65例。两组分别采用阿立哌唑和利培酮治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组治疗后PANSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。阿立哌唑组治疗总有效率高于利培酮组,不良反应发生率低于利培酮组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床效果明显优于利培酮。

Objective:To explore the difference between aripiprazole and risperidone in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:From April 2016 to August 2019,130 schizophrenics were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 65 cases in each.The two groups were treated with aripiprazole and risperidone respectively.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in PANSS after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).In aripiprazole group,the total effective rate was higher than risperidone group,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than risperidone group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia is better than risperidone.
