准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对高度近视视力及眼调节力变化分析

Analysis of the changes of visual acuity and eye accommodation before and after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia

目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对高度近视手术前、后视力及眼调节力的影响。方法:2018年4月-2019年4月收治高度近视患者45例(73眼),均进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术,对比分析患者治疗前后视力和眼调节力情况。结果:术后最佳矫正视力≥1.0的比例高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3个月单眼调节幅度与术前差别不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:使用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术对高度近视患者进行手术治疗,可有效提高患者视力,不会影响患者眼调节能力。

Objective:To explore the influence of visual acuity and eye accommodation before and after excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia.Methods:From April 2018 to April 2019,45 patients(73 eyes)with high myopia were selected,they were treated with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis,we compared the visual acuity and eye accommodation before and after treatment.Results:After operation,the proportion of the best corrected visual acuity≥1.0 was higher than that before operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after operation,there was no significant difference in accommodation range of monocular compared with before operation(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis for high myopia can effectively improve the vision of patients and without affecting the ability of eye regulation.
