耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of eardrum catheterization under endoscope in the treatment of secretory otitis media in children

目的:探讨耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎的临床效果。方法:2018年5月-2019年4月收治分泌性中耳炎患儿100例,所有患儿均采用耳内镜下鼓膜置管术治疗,观察疗效。结果:治疗后各种频率畸变产物耳声发射测试与纯音听阈测试结果显著优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗总有效率为99.0%,复发率为1.0%。结论:耳内镜下鼓膜置管治疗儿童分泌性中耳炎疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of children's secretory otitis media by using the eardrum catheterization under endoscope.Methods:From May 2018 to April 2019,100 children with secretory otitis media were enrolled,all the children were treated with the eardrum catheterization under endoscope and the curative effect was observed.Results:The results of various frequency of distortion product otoacoustic emission test and pure tone audibility test after treatment were significantly better than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 99.0%and the recurrence rate was 1.0%.Conclusion:The eardrum catheterization under endoscope is effective in the treatment of children with secretory otitis media.
