临床常见血小板减少的原因分析

Analysis of common clinical causes of thrombocytopenia

目的:研究临床中常见血小板减少的相关原因。方法:2019年1-12月收治血小板减少患者602例,筛查出其中所有假性血小板减少病例,对全部真性血小板减少患者进行检测并找出病因,观察比较结果。结果:全部患者中,引发血小板减少十分关键的首要因素为血液系统病症,其次是药物因素、脓毒症;引发血小板计数假性减低的关键因素即为血液凝集。结论:临床中引起血小板减少的原因较多,临床医生应加以关注。

Objective:To explore the common clinical causes of thrombocytopenia.Methods:From January to December 2019,602 patients with thrombocytopenia were selected,all cases of pseudothrombocytopenia were screened,all patients with true thrombocytopenia were detected and the causes were found out.Results:In all patients,the key factor of thrombocytopenia is hematological system disease,followed by drug and sepsis.The key factor causing the false decrease of platelet count is hemagglutination.Conclusion:There are many causes of thrombocytopenia in clinic,so clinicians should pay more attention to them.
