自制新癀膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

Observation on the therapeutic effect of external application of "self made Xinhuang ointment" in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis

目的:观察自制新癀膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效。方法:2017年1月-2019年4月收治急性痛风性关节炎患者60例,随机分为两组各30例。试验组采用自制新癀膏;对照组内服双氯芬酸钠双释放肠溶胶囊。比较两组疗效。结果:两组治疗后血WBC值均低于治疗前,试验组治疗后C反应蛋白(CRP)低于治疗前;两组治疗后患处肿胀与关节活动度改善情况均优于治疗前;试验组治疗后关节肿胀积分及关节活动度积分下降值高于对照组,关节功能分级下降等级优于对照组,疼痛评分下降值高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过自制新癀膏外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎在患处关节的肿胀、疼痛、关节活动度及功能改善方面有一定效果。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of Xinhuang ointment in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis.Methods:60 patients with acute gouty arthritis were selected from January 2017 to April 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The experimental group used self made Xinhuang ointment,the control group received diclofenac sodium and released enteric-coated capsules.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The blood WBC value of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and the CRP value of the experimental group after treatment was lower than that before treatment.After treatment,the swelling and joint activity of the two groups were better than before treatment.The scores of joint swelling and joint activity in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.The grade of joint function was lower than that of the control group,and the decrease of pain score was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of acute gouty arthritis with self made Xinhuang ointment has certain effect on the swelling,pain,joint activity and function improvement of the affected joint.
