正常高值血压中年人群的中医体质研究

Study on the TCM constitution of middle aged people with normal high blood pressure

目的:探讨正常高值血压中年人群的中医体质。方法:2018年6月-2019年3月选取进行血压及中医体质测量的中年人263人,按血压值分为正常高值血压组128人和正常血压组135人。被试者均行血压及中医体质测量,探讨两组之间关系。结果:两组在中医体质类型分布上存在显著差异,正常高值血压组阴虚质、痰湿质和血瘀质人数占比更大,此3种体质也是正常高值血压的危险因素;相对平和质,体质为阴虚质、痰湿质和血瘀质的中年人,患正常高值血压的可能性分别是正常血压的12.371倍、4.952倍和5.582倍。结论:可从中医体质干预入手对中年人的血压进行管理,以防止发展为高血压。

Objective:To explore the TCM constitution of middle aged people with normal high blood pressure.Methods:From June 2018 to March 2019,263 middle-aged people were selected for blood pressure and TCM constitution measurement,according to the blood pressure,they were divided into 128 cases of normal high blood pressure group and 135 cases of normal blood pressure group.Blood pressure and TCM constitution were measured in all subjects,we discussed the relationship between the two.Results:There were significant differences in the distribution of TCM constitution types between the two groups,in the normal high blood pressure group,the proportion of Yin Xu Zhi,Tan Shi Zhi and Xue Yu Zhi was larger,these three constitution were also risk factors of normal high blood pressure.Compared with Ping He Zhi,in the middle-aged people with Yin Xu Zhi,Tan Shi Zhi and Xue Yu Zhi,the probability of normal high blood pressure was 12.371 times,4.952 times and 5.582 times for normal blood pressure respectively.Conclusion:The blood pressure of middle-aged people can be managed from the intervention of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine to prevent the development of hypertension.
