一贯煎配合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of acupuncture combined with yiguan jian in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的:探讨一贯煎加减配合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2018年12月收治带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者62例,随机分为两组各31例。治疗组采用一贯煎加减口服配合针灸治疗;对照组给予口服甲钴胺和芬必得胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一贯煎加减配合针灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of yiguan jian combined with acupuncture in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From February 2017 to December 2018,62 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were treated,they were randomly divided into two groups of 31 cases each.The treatment group was treated with yiguan jian combined with acupuncture,while the control group was treated with mecobalamine and fenbid capsule.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiguan jian combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
