血常规联合C反应蛋白检验应用于小儿细菌感染与小儿病毒感染鉴别诊断中价值分析

The value of blood routine combined with C-reactive protein test in differential diagnosis of bacterial infection and viral infection in children

目的:探讨血常规联合C反应蛋白(CRP)检验在小儿细菌感染与小儿病毒感染鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月收治细菌感染患儿71例为研究组,另选同期病毒感染患儿65例为对照组。两组均予以血常规联合CRP检验,比较组间差异。结果:研究组WBC、CRP水平,WBC阳性率、CRP阳性率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合检验具有较高鉴别诊断价值,可有效提升小儿细菌感染和病毒感染的诊断准确性。

Objective:To explore the value of blood routine combined with C-reactive protein test in differential diagnosis of bacterial infection and viral infection in children.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,71 children with bacterial infection were selected as the study group and 65 children with viral infection were selected as the control group.Both groups received blood routine test and CRP test,we compared the differences between groups.Results:In the study group,WBC and CRP levels,WBC positive rate and CRP positive rate were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined test has a high value of differential diagnosis,which can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of bacterial and viral infections in children.
