256层螺旋CT前、后置心电门控技术对冠脉成像质量、辐射剂量的影响

摘要 目的:分析256层螺旋CT前、后置心电门控技术对冠脉成像质量、辐射剂量的影响。方法:2017年10月-2018年11月收治冠状动脉疾病患者70例,随机分为前门控组和后门控组各35例。比较分析两组辐射时间、辐射剂量和冠脉成像质量。结果:两组成像质量优良率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组有效辐射剂量和辐射时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:256层CT前心电门控技术与后心电门控技术均具有较高成像质量,且前门控技术辐射剂量明显低于后门控技术。 Objective:To analyze the effect of 256 slice spiral CT front and rear ECG gating on coronary artery imaging quality and radiation dose.Methods:From October 2017 to November 2018,70 patients with coronary artery disease were selected,they were randomly divided into 35 cases of front control group and rear control group.Comparative analysis of radiation time,radiation dose and coronary artery imaging quality between the two groups.Results:Comparison of excellent rate of quality between two composition images,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effective radiation dose and radiation time in the study group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The 256 slice CT front gating technology and the rear gating technology have higher imaging quality and the radiation dose of the front gating technology is significantly lower than the rear technology.
