早产儿经口喂养中口腔运动干预的效果探讨

Effect of oral exercise intervention in oral feeding of premature infants

目的:探究早产儿经口喂养中口腔运动干预的临床效果。方法:收治早产儿42例,随机分为两组各21例。对照组运用常规护理方式进行护理,研究组在常规护理基础上加入口腔运动干预的护理方式进行护理,比较效果。结果:研究组早产儿在护理2周后舌头蠕动、吮吸、自主吞咽等方面的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组早产儿在有效经口喂养、完全经口喂养以及住院等方面所用的时长均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔运动干预的护理方式能有效提高早产儿的自主吮吸和吞咽能力,极大提高了早产儿的成活率,在早产儿经口喂养中的应用效果理想。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of oral movement intervention in premature infants undergoing oral feeding.Methods:42 premature infants were seleted,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 21 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the study group was treated with oral motor intervention on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the effect.Results:The scores of tongue peristalsis,sucking and autonomous swallowing in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 2 weeks of nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of effective oral feeding,complete oral feeding and hospitalization in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing method of oral movement intervention can effectively improve the independent sucking and swallowing ability of premature infants,and greatly improve the survival rate of premature infants.The application effect in oral feeding of premature infants is ideal.
