整体化康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果观察

Application effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:观察整体化康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法:2016年2月-2018年7月收治冠心病患者84例,随机分为两组各42例。干预组实施整体化康复护理;对照组实施常规护理。对比两组护理效果。结果:干预组患者踝部水肿、呼吸困难和心前区疼痛等发生率明显低于对照组,而心电图变化量率、冠心病知识知晓率、躯体活动康复率、幸福感和护理满意程度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:整体化康复护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果较显著。

Objective:To explore the application effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:From February 2016 to July 2018,84 patients with coronary heart disease were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 42 cases in each.The intervention group was given holistic rehabilitation nursing,and the control group was given routine nursing.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:In the intervention group,the incidence of ankle edema,dyspnea and precordial pain was significantly lower than that in the control group,the change rate of ECG,the awareness rate of coronary heart disease knowledge,the recovery rate of physical activity,well-being and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of holistic rehabilitation nursing in patients with coronary heart disease was significant.
