评估口腔卫生宣教在早期种植体周围炎牙周基础治疗后疗效维护中的作用

To evaluate the effect of oral health education in the maintenance of curative effect of periodontal basic treatment on early peri implant inflammation

目的:分析口腔卫生宣教在早期种植体周围炎牙周基础治疗后疗效维护的作用。方法:2016年2月-2017年9月选取龈下和龈上洁治患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。对照组不接受口腔卫生宣教;研究组接受口腔卫生宣教。比较两组维护效果。结果:研究组每天使用漱口水次数、刷牙时间、刷牙次数均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前改良出血指数(mSBI)、改良菌斑指数(mPLI)指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后3、6个月各项指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:口腔卫生宣教可持续稳定牙周基础治疗后疗效,降低早期种植体周围炎发病率。

Objective:To explore the effect of oral health education in the maintenance of curative effect of periodontal basic treatment on early peri implant inflammation.Methods:From February 2016 to September 2017,80 patients with subgingival and supragingival scaling were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 40 cases in each.The control group did not receive oral health education,the study group received oral health education.We compared the maintenance effectiveness of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the daily use of mouthwash,brushing time and brushing times were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mSBI,mPLI index before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after treatment,the indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral health education can stabilize the curative effect of periodontal basic treatment and reduce the incidence of early peri implant inflammation.
