全科住院医师规范化培训社区培训基地带教教学思考及初步探索

全科医学教育是我国卫生事业发展必需的教育,主要目的是培养全科医学人才。全科住院医师规范化培训是培养高素质全科医师的根本途径,社区培训是全科规范化培训的重要环节。目前社区培训存在培训要求不明确、出科考核流于形式等问题。应制定统一、有针对性的社区培训大纲、轮转计划和考核制度。加大政府投入、激励带教师资积极性,提高社区全科师资带教水平,对培养合格的全科医师具有重要意义。

General medicine education is the necessary education for the development of China's health industry,its main purpose is to train general medicine talents.Standardized training of general practitioners is the fundamental way to cultivate high-quality general practitioners,community training is an important part of general practice standardized training.At present,there are some problems in the community training,such as unclear training requirements and the formal examination of graduation.We should formulate a unified and targeted community training program,rotation plan and assessment system.It is of great significance for training qualified general practitioners to increase government investment,encourage the enthusiasm of teachers and improve the teaching level of general practitioners in community.
