摘要
为了解体育锻炼对大学生拖延行为的干预情况,本文以盐城某高校403名在校大学生为研究对象,采用多重中介效应的实验研究方法,通过构建体育锻炼对大学生拖延行为的多重中介效应模型,探究其不同路径及发挥作用的差异。结果表明,体育锻炼不仅仅可以直接影响拖延行为,也可以间接影响拖延行为,锻炼自我效能感维度起到的中介作用不同。
In order to understand the intervention situation of physical exercise on college students'procrastination behavior,403 college students in a university in yancheng were selected as the research objects,and the experimental research method of multiple mediating effects was adopted.Through constructing multiple mediating effects model of physical exercise on college students'procrastination behavior,different paths and differences in their functions were explored.The results show that physical exercise can not only directly affect procrastination behavior,but also indirectly affect procrastination behavior,exercise self-eff icacy dimension plays a different mediating role.
