甲硝维参阴道泡腾片坐浴治疗幼女外阴阴道炎50例疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of 50 cases of youngest daughter with vulvovaginitis treated with metronidazole vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tables for sitz bath

目的:探讨甲硝维参阴道泡腾片坐浴治疗幼女外阴阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:2018年7-12月收治幼女外阴阴道炎102例,随机分为两组,各51例。观察组给予甲硝维参阴道泡腾片坐浴治疗,对照组采用聚维酮碘溶液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,复发率显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甲硝维参阴道泡腾片坐浴治疗幼女外阴阴道炎能显著提高临床治疗效果,降低复发率。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of youngest daughter with vulvovaginitis treated with metronidazole vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tables for sitz bath.Methods:From July to December 2018,102 young women with vulvovaginitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 51 cases in each.The observation group was treated with metronidazole vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tables for sitz bath,the control group was treated with povidone iodine solution.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of youngest daughter with vulvovaginitis treated with metronidazole vitamin E and total ginsenoside of ginseng stems and leaves vaginal effervescent tables for sitz bath can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
