巨大儿和正常出生体重足月儿0～3岁生长发育比较研究

A comparative study on the growth and development of macrosomia and normal birth weight term infants at aged 0 to 3 years

目的:比较巨大儿和正常出生体重足月儿0~3岁生长发育情况。方法:选取2014-2018年正常体检儿童,根据出生体重分为巨大儿组及正常出生体重足月儿组(对照组)。比较两组12、24、36个月龄体格发育及发育商(DQ)情况。结果:巨大儿组3岁以内身高、体重、头围数值及增长速率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组各年龄段DQ情况无较大差异。结论:0~3岁巨大儿体格发育超过正常出生体重足月儿,DQ与正常出生体重足月儿相比未见明显差异。

Objective:To compare the growth and development of macrosomia and normal birth weight term infants at aged 0 to 3 years.Methods:From 2014 to 2018,children with normal physical examination were selected.According to their birth weight,they were divided into two groups:the macrosomia group and the full-term normal birth weight group(the control group).We compared the physical development and development quotient of the two groups at 12,24 and 36 months old.Results:In the macrosomia group,the height,weight,head circumference and growth rate within 3 years old were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in developmental quotient in all age groups between the two groups.Conclusion:At the age of 0 to 3,the physical development of macrosomia is more than that of normal birth weight term infants,there is no significant difference between developmental quotient and normal birth weight term infants.
