急性脑梗死治疗中不同剂量阿司匹林的疗效对比研究

Comparative research on the efficacy of different doses of aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨不同剂量阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:2016年12月-2018年11月收治急性脑梗死患者74例,随机分为两组,各37例。两组均采用阿司匹林治疗,参照组用药剂量为0.15 g,试验组用药剂量为0.2 g。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率及各项临床指标水平均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.2 g阿司匹林用于急性脑梗死患者疗效显著,安全可靠。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of different doses of aspirin in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From December 2016 to November 2018,74 patients with acute cerebral infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups of 37 cases in each.Both groups were treated with aspirin,the control group was treated with 0.15 g,while the experimental group was treated with 0.2 g.The therapeutic effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate and the clinical indicators of the experimental group were superior to the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of 0.2 g of aspirin in patients with acute cerebral infarction is accurate and safe.
